This research arose from the need to analyze the contributions of school management as a facilitator of teaching processes. And how to contribute significantly to the learning process. For this, the general objective of the article is to understand the challenges of Educational Management, the limitations of the autocratic management model and the changes from the centralized model to the construction of a Democratic Management. The research will be carried out with some pedagogical coordinators of the municipal network. The universe of research is represented by all the active coordinators. The subjects surveyed are represented by nine coordinators of the Infant to medium. A questionnaire was carried out with these coordinators open and closed questions. At first it is reported a bit about professional identity, knowledge building and training. Some questions were asked about performance and professional preparation, career choice, expectations and frustrations challenges and management models. The importance of training courses in people management for effective leadership. Although the experience is a relevant factor also for the acquisition of knowledge concerning the profession. In relation to the level of conflict management, we observed that the years of profession are relevant to the greater aptitude of conflict management.
