The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India (ICICI Bank) and Bank of Rajasthan on non-performing assets (NPAs) of Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India (ICICI Bank).
