There are exposed the regulation and the fundamental questions of the contentious administrative resource in the new «Lex propria» of the Apostollic Signatura (year 2008). The author indicates first the elements that form the contentious administrative resource and the most important features of the Apostolic Signatura. Then he explain thoroughly the nature of the procedure, the object of the resource, the motives and the processing of the resource; these aspects are exposed, detailling some of the questions of the contentious administrative resource that are more controversial.
