Case Report Coarctation of the aorta is a congenital narrowing of the aorta, located just below the emergence of the left subclavian artery. It is often discovered at birth, but can be later diagnosed when dealing with a resistant arterial hypertension. We report the case of a 45-year-old male admitted to the emergency department for a hypertension emergency, in whom the diagnostic work up found an aortic coarctation. A percutaneous treatment made it possible to control the arterial hypertension.
