The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the stress of college students' self esteem and school life satisfaction. The college student period is generally a lifecycle in which a variety of tasks must be carried out to ensure independence as a transition period from adolescence to adolescence. Stress management at this time can have a significant impact on their mental health in the future. However, due to the recent economic crisis, young people are enjoying university romance through unemployment. It is important to manage stress properly in this period as a healthy adult for independence in society. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed 1,180 college students' self esteem and school life satisfaction on the stress of 10th youth panel survey. Spss 21.0 was used for frequency analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the lower self-esteem and the lower the school life satisfaction, the higher the stress.
