Implementasi Line Balancing Pada Lini Produksi Aseptic Tank

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing especially manufacture the stainless steel tank. The company has a mission to continous improvement in line production of stainless steel tank, prior to increase efficiency and capacity production. The result of this thesis is line production of stainless steel tank for optimizing production performance. Production of stainless steel tank will be increased because influence with idle time. This thesis using data is cycle time from every operation, takt time, idle time, efficiency, and balance delay before also after improvement. So with that result, line of production stainless steel tank must run.
