. In the current crisis in the energy market, the issue of improving the efficiency of development of companies in the energy sector of Ukraine, in particular the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for managing energy companies has become particularly relevant. As a result, there is a need for a systematic review of the management structure of energy companies. The purpose of the article isconsideration of modern organizational management structures in the energy sector of Ukraine and the formation of an effective organizational and economic mechanism for managing energy companies. Method (methodology).
