espanolLa pelicula documental Ejercicios de memoria (2016) trata de la historia del medico paraguayo Agustin Goiburu Gimenez capturado en 1977 durante su exilio en Argentina y hasta hoy desaparecido. En el conocido “caso Goiburu” convergen diversas practicas represivas y crimenes cometidos por el regimen del general Alfredo Stroessner contra sus enemigos y opositores durante la dictadura en Paraguay (1954-1989). Este articulo estudia dos secuencias extraidas de la primera parte de la pelicula con el objetivo de examinar las redes transmediaticas sugeridas por imagenes y sonidos que remiten directamente a aquellas practicas de la dictadura. EnglishThe documentary film Ejercicios de memoria (2016) tells the story of the Paraguayan doctor Augustin Goiburu Gimenez, who was captured in 1977 during his exile in Argentina and disappeared until today. The well-known “Goiburu case” is a convergence of diverse repressive practices and crimes committed by the government of General Alfredo Stroessner against his enemies and opponents during the dictatorship in Paraguay (1954- 1989). This article studies two sequences extracted from the first part of the film, with the objective of examining the transmedial networks suggested by images and sounds that connect directly to those practices of the dictatorship.
