The taxonomy and ecology of monogeneans from juvenile of Micropogonias furnieri, Mugil liza, Parapimelodus valenciennesi and Odontesthes argentinensis from Samborombón Bay was analyzed. Demidospermus annulus n. sp. is described from the gills of Parapimelodus valenciennesi. The new species differs from all congeneric species mainly by the structure of the male copulatory organ accessory piece and the slcerotized vaginal aperture with ring shape and the dorsal bar articulation. A new species Ligophorus saladensis on gills of M. liza is described. The new species differs from all cogeneric species by the morphology of accessorial piece of the male copulatory complex and mean values derived from measurements of sclerotized parts. A new species of genus Gyrodactylus from O. argentinensis is described. This is de first species this genus formaly described from Argentina. Additionally, a new host record is reported for Microcotyle pseudomugilis. The populations of monogeneans analyzed shows aggregations patterns. The competition inter and intraspecific presented low values, for what it does not turn out to be a factor that determines the structure of the populations of monogeneans in the hosts analyzed in the area of study. There was situated a marked preference of the monogeneans to the first and second gill arch. Nevertheless, differences exist in the distribution in the arches in the different lengths of the hosts. The length of the host turned out to be a determinant factor of the abundance of the different studied monogeneans. Six specie of trichodinids were described, 4 in M. liza y 2 in M. furnieri. Ambiphrya neobolae is reported by first time in América. Ergasilus atafonensis was reported by first time in Argentina. Others myxosporidians, copepods and larval digenean were reported. Significant associations were situated neither between the gills parasitic studied species nor correlation between the number of gill specie and the host length. Except for the case of P. valenciennis, the specific wealth in the gill was not correlated with host length. The analysis of condition of the host (Kn) threw significant differences of this index in M. furnieri for the different specie of the gill not even his associations. In P. valenciennis the presence of Ergasilus sp. determined a decrease of the condition of the host. In M. liza, L. saladensis produced a decrease of the factor of condition, as well as the associations of this species with trichodinids, E. atafonensis and Myxobolus sp. Except the monogeneans, the majority of the remaining gill parasitic species reflected differences in the prevalence on the different season, demonstrating the relation with the different members of the life cycle. It was analyzed in addition, the relation of the prevalence with different chemical parameters of the water in the site of sampling. Finally, a low degree of similarity of the gills infracommunity analyzed was found. Hereby, the gills infracommunities of M. furnieri, M. liza and P. valenciennis they are characterized for presenting a low specific wealth, with stochastic the associations between species.
