The uterine prolapse is an emergency due to the possibility of complications like urinary bladder displacement. The treatments seeks the quick return of the organ to the anatomic position preventing the appearing of infections or the devitalization of the tissue. The present paper intents to report the case of an pregnant canine female with TVT wich presented uterine prolapse with urinary bladder retroflection. The presence of TVT induced labour dystocia due to infection of birth canal and physically blockage of the fetuses. The presentement of dystocia induced the uterine prolapse and the urinary bladder retroflection. The ovarysalpingohisterectomy is an efficient method in treatment and preventation of uterin prolapse.
