Congenital anomalies of the uterus are rare, among them, agenesis of the uterine horn or unicornuate uterus is the most frequent and is usually identified during ovarysapilgohysterectomy.Has been taken to the Veterinary Clinic Vet Company, a canine female Beagle, one year and eight months old and 10 kg, with a historic of urinary incontinence. The patient is a descendant of inbreeding and coexisted with other animals with a related kinship, has been suggested ovariansalpigohysterectomy. After a complete clinical evaluation, the animal was conducted to ultrasound imaging presenting left renal hypoplasia and an empty bladder. Has been performed ovary-hysterectomy where the absence of the left horn, uterine tube and corresponding ovaries was observed.
