The objective of this study was evaluate the in vitro degradability of dry matter (IVDDM) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) of sugarcane bagasse with urea and exogenous fibrolytic enzymes. The bagasse non industrial source was subjected to two levels of urea (0 and 7%) and three levels of fibrolytic enzymes (0, 0.5 and 1%), based on DM. Samples of 0.5 g of bagasse were incubated for periods of 0 (washed directly), 6, 12, 18, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h. For IVDDM, there was interaction (P<0.05) between urea and fibrolytic enzymes to colonization time (CT). For the bagasse without the addition of urea, the addition of enzymes did not change this parameter. The soluble fraction ''a'', coefficient "c'', and effective degradability (ED), passage rates of 2, 5, and 8% decrease (P<0.05), while the fraction potentially degradable ''b'' and potential degradability (PD) did not change with the use of urea. The addition of enzymes at doses of 0.5 and 1% increases the ED. It is concluded that the addition of urea reduces the soluble fraction ''a'', coefficient ''c'' and effective degradability (ED) of DM, on bagasse of non industrial origin. The addition of enzymes in doses of 0.5 and 1% increases the ED of DM. The use of urea and enzymes on bagasse with higher levels of non-fiber carbohydrates, than those of industrial origin, increases the CT da DM, and does not change the parameters of degradation and degradability of NDF.
