Being welcomed with love and respect in the environments in which we relate can significantly change the relationships and the permanence in this space, because once we feel welcomed and see ourselves as important, we improve the interpersonal relationship and we are encouraged to engage more effective in all social and educational processes promoted. In this sense, the Integral Citizen Schools of Paraíba assumed the commitment to develop, in an innovative way, the educational training of students enrolled in Technical High School and, for this, one of their proposals is to host daily in all institutions of integral education. Starting from the perception of the campaign alluding to September Green, a movement that addresses the inclusion of students with disabilities, the Escola Cidadã Integral Técnica Estadual ECITE Cristiano Cartaxo, located in Cajazeiras-PB, proposed and executed a reception seeking to sensitize the school community to this thematic. In view of the experience, we shared this report with the objective of describing the daily reception planned and carried out at the aforementioned school. After carrying out the proposed actions for the reception, the practice was considered successful since it sensitized the entire school community and, in addition, the students involved in the planning and execution of these felt co-responsible for that moment, demonstrating that they were autonomous, solidary protagonists and competent.
