Due to the activities carried out during the construction work, the construction sector is largely responsible for environmental problems and natural resource consumption. Monitoring and evaluating energy, water and waste generation at construction sites enables the identification of operating system failures and more efficient management of resources during construction. The aim of this paper is to present an analysis of energy, water and waste generation at construction sites during the construction of buildings generating sustainability indicators according to the PBQP-h. Initially, a bibliographic search was made pointing the consumption factors and suggestions for the control and reduction. Subsequently, based on the consumption data obtained from 34 works of certified and qualified “A” construction companies, the data were analyzed and the consumption trends by building area and construction time were calculated. The obtained results indicate that the expenses behave linearly during the construction, the medium-sized buildings present higher consumption than the larger ones and that the residues were not adequately monitored in the studied works.
