Hysteroscopy is an outpatient procedure, which involves low risk of complications and allows the visualization of the uterine cavity, the endometrial evaluation and the anatomy of the cervix, performed by a surgeon with experience in surgical hysteroscopy and by a specialized nurse, who offers besides technical support, emotional support to the patient. This study aimed to systematize the perioperative nursing care to the patient undergoing diagnostic hysteroscopy plus sling. It is a case report, of the descriptive-exploratory type, qualitative approach, carried through in a Hospital of reference in Fortaleza-CE. The data were collected from the nursing process. For the formulation of the diagnoses and interventions it was used descriptive analysis based on the literature and the taxonomy II of the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) and Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC). From the case were identified diagnoses of nursing: Risk of delayed surgical recovery related to emotional reaction postoperatively; Physical mobility impaired evidenced by discomfort related to pain; Tissue integrity impaired evidenced by damaged tissue related to surgical procedures; Risk of injury by perioperative positioning related to immobilization; Risk of perioperative hypothermia related to cardiovascular complications; Risk of infection related to procedureinvasive; Anxiety evidenced by cardiovascular excitation related to threat to the current condition. It is concluded, fundamental importance of the insertion of diagnoses and interventions within SAEP, making the care individualized and humanized, offering emotional support, which will help the patient's recovery and even avoid complications.
