Depuis la fin des années 90, deux régions transfrontalières, le Languedoc-Roussillon et la Catalogne, s'interrogent sur un projet d'aqueduc. Cette perspective de nouvelle politique ne va pas sans interroger des traditions étatiques de gestion de l'eau. Si en France la gestion a connu une faible politisation, en Espagne, le projet est devenu un enjeu de lutte entre le centre et les périphéries, mais aussi entre périphéries.Since the end of the nineties, Languedoc-Roussillon (France) and Catalonia (Spain), two regions sharing the same frontier, are concerned by an aqueduct project. The perspective of this new politicy has to deal with those two States'tradition of water management.
