RESUMEN Los metodos sismicos se basan en la deteccion del frente de ondas elasticas producidas por una fuente artificial, propagadas a traves del subsuelo que detectadas en superficie mediante sensores, obteniendose una imagen del terreno en base a las propiedades elasticas de los materiales. El corrimiento normal o normal Moveout (NMO) y el corrimiento por profundidad o Dip-Moveout (DMO) se encuentran englobados en procesamiento de data adquirida en procesos de reflexion a objeto de generar correcciones en esta, que llevan al apilamiento de datos en un CMP para su mejor observacion y analisis. Se determino aplicar la correccion DMO para trazas de onda sismica involucrando terminos de heterogeneidad y anisotropia en el tiempo de viaje de la onda, utilizando los algoritmos de Hale y col.,1983, y Stovas y col., 2004 y 2012, teniendo asi como consecuencia mejorias reales en la visualizacion de la traza estudiada por lo terminos involucrados que llevan obtener un mejor perfil para los procesos de apilado y postapilado. Se encuentra tambien una inconsistencia teorica en el involucramiento del factor de heterogeneidad en el algoritmo de Hale, que plantea una revision del factor dado por Stovas. ABSTRACT The seismic methods are based on the detection of the front of elastic waves produced by an artificial source, propagated through the subsoil that are sensed on the surface by sensors, obtaining an image of the terrain based on the elastic properties of the materials. The normal Moveout (NMO) and Dip-Moveout (DMO) are embedded in data processing acquired in reflection processes in order to generate corrections in this, which lead to the stacking of data in a CMP for better observation and analysis. It was determined to apply the DMO correction for seismic wave traces involving terms of heterogeneity and anisotropy in the travel time of the wave, using the algorithms of Hale et al., 1983, and Stovas et al., 2004 and 2012, thus having Consequently real improvements in the visualization of the trace studied by the involved terms that lead to obtain a better profile for the processes of stacking and postapilado. There is also a theoretical inconsistency in the involvement of the heterogeneity factor in the Hale algorithm, which raises a review of the factor given by Stovas.
