We check the capability of the DUNE neutrino experiment to detect new sourcesof leptonic CP violation beside the single phase expected in the StandardModel. We illustrate our strategy based on the measurement of CP asymmetries inthe case New Physics will show up as Non-Standard neutrino Interactions andsterile neutrino states and show that the most promising one, once theexperimental errors are taken into account in both scenarios, is the onerelated to the $\nu_\mu \to \nu_e$ transition.
