Within defi ned by the authors in a previous article periods of fi nancial science as a specialized fi eld of human knowledge revealed the formation of its general and national architectonics. In view of the latest domestic and foreign studies singled out and analyzed the main characteristics and features of the concepts of the leading representatives of the economic and fi nancial thought. Th e relationship and create a common national architectonics fi nancial science and socio-economic development of certain countries. Th e evolution of French fi nancial schools, its contribution to the world treasury of fi nancial science. Deals with the achievements of English classical scientifi c school fi nance in the context of the political economy. Reveals the development of general and especially in economic and fi nancial sciences in Germany. It is proved that within the fi nancial concept of fi nancial representatives of the German school formed a complete theory of public fi nance, grounded relationship fi nancial, budgetary policy and institutional factors, and, most comprehensive and refi ned form, the institution of state fi nancial control. Considered key areas of modern science, which play a signifi cant role in the formation and implementation of economic and fi nancial policies. In the context of socio-economic characteristics of diff erent countries singled out two basic approaches to the analysis of fi nancial phenomena and processes – liberal concepts presented that mainstream neoclassical (monetarism, new classical theory, etc.) and illiberal, which involves the interpretation of economic and fi nancial relations with the positions instytutsionalnoinformation, evolutionary, new Keynesian, post-Keynesian and other heterodox theories.
