Naležita farmakologicka kontrola agregacni aktivity krevnich desticek je jednim ze zakladnich cilů akutni lecby infarktu myokardu i sekundarni prevence. Řadu let je vsak již prokazano, že dualni antiagregacni lecbou založenou na clopidogrelu toho nelze u řady pacientů dosahnout. Pro sve přiznivějsim farmakodynamicke vlastnosti představuje ticagrelor daleko vhodnějsi alternativu, jeho sirsi preskripci vsak donedavna branily předevsim ekonomicke důvody. Nedavna data navic prokazala, že pacienti se sniženou glomerularni filtraci těži z lecby založene na ticagreloru v daleko větsi miře než ti se zachovanou normalni renalni funkci. Pokusili jsme se analyzovat skutecnou preskripci antiagregancii v Ceske republice a odhadnout, kolik pacientů po infarktu myokardu vlastně spada do kategorie porusene renalni funkce. © 2019, CKS.
