This study aims to determine: the analysis of the principal’s leardership style on the perfomance of teachers of elementary schools in the soromandi sub-district of Bima. Research approach using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all elementary school teachears in the district of Soromandi, Bima, with 128 teachers. The number of samples taken using probability sampling techniques of 50 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The assumption test used in the normality and linearity the est. Hypotesis testing uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that principal’s leardeship style has a signitificant effect on the perfomance of teachers Elementary School in Soromandi sub-district as indicated by 0,76 with a significance of 0,00&lt;0,05 and the magnitude of the influnce of the principal’s leardership style on teacher perfomance is 57,76.
