Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a disorder seen after organ transplantation in patients who have received immunosuppressive therapy. Lymphoid proliferation involves solid organs, bone marrow or stem cell allograft. Unlike primary central nerve system (CNS) lymphoma, hemorrhage, necrosis and rim enhancement are typical of cerebral PTLD (1). We present here a rare case of PTLD developing in the cerebrum after renal transplantation.
