Article considers conditions for the formation of synergetic effect of a cooperation alliance of enterprises. Questions of stability of the functioning of cooperated structures are considered while taking into account the magnitude of the synergistic effect and various externalities (market situation, economic crisis). Main relationships characterizing processes of stable functioning of cooperated structures under different externalities are presented while taking into account a different composition of enterprises.
