Extracellular biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) becomes a significant approach to NPs preparation. Development in medical diagnostics focuses on the nanomaterials, particularly AuNPs. This study focuses on the biogenic synthesis of AuNPs and, additionally, the use of the chemicals made-up in medical detection of hepatitis C Virus-NS4 (HCV-NS4).
