This research is motivated by students who often postpone assignments, don't like lessons, think long periods of time often play games, and play social media as high as causing delays in assignments. Procrastination will successfully decrease the achievement achieved by students This type of research is quantitative research design quasi experimental form of nonequivalent control group design with pre-test model post-test control group design. The study population is a grade XI MIPA student Pemalang 3 High School. The sampling used in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is the percentage analysis with t-test. The results of the scale analysis of the experimental group procrastination using the t-test results of the post-test showed an average of 65% for the experimental group and 70.75% for the control group. So that there was a decrease in the average in the experimental group by 5.75. In the t-test calculation, the result of t-count (3.58)> t-table (2.14), then the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It was concluded that there was an influence of group counseling services with reality techniques to reduce academic procrastination of grade XI students of SMA N 3 Pemalang.
