This study aims to determine law enforcement against corruption in the provision of credit at PT. Bank Maluku, which is related to the spirit of eradicating criminal acts of corruption committed extraordinarily as stipulated in the corruption law has shifted several general provisions stipulated in the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. The deviation consists of a material legal perspective as well as a formal legal perspective, including an extended legal subject (normadressat). The methods used by researchers are: This research method uses normative research or doctrinal research. Normative research is legal research that places law as a norm system building in the form of legal principles, legal norms, legal regulations, court decisions (jurisprudence), customs, agreements, and legal views (legal doctrine) (Mukti Fajar & Yulianto Achmad, 2015: 34). This research was conducted to examine legal provisions based on legal principles and views of legal experts regarding the application of positive legal provisions. The results showed that: Perpetrators of corruption in the crime of giving credit to PT. Bank Maluku based on the theory of expanding criminal liability should not be limited to the management and employees of the main branch office bank who propose to the head office for approval and obtain a credit confirmation letter. Supposedly the President Director and Director of Pamasaran PT. Bank Maluku which is the main person in charge in cases of violation of the procedure for providing credit facilities and the Head of the Ambon Main Branch of PT. A bank that must be jointly accounted for (mederplegen).
