This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of the investigation of corruption in the procurement of goods and services by the Attorney General’s Office, as well as what factors hinder its implementation. This research is empirical legal research, which is research conducted directly in the field. The data obtained both primary and secondary were analyzed both deductively and inductively then presented descriptively, namely explaining, describing, and describing according to the problems that are closely related to this research. The results of the research show that the implementation of the investigation of corruption in the field of goods and services procurement by The Makassar District Prosecutor’s Office is through prosecution in the form of judicial intelligence operations, case development techniques using witnesses and the public and investigative audit techniques as a method of searching and collecting data, information and other findings to find out the truth or even error of a fact in coordination with agencies. -relevant agencies. The author suggests that the prosecutor’s office must further optimize the intelligence method that has been frequently used, given that corruption in the procurement of goods and services is the most common type of corruption that has resulted in state losses. As well as the prosecutor’s office must optimize in making the public aware of the criminal act of corruption eliminating the bad culture of the society that triggers corruption
