This study aims to 1) To Know and Analyze the Role of Public Prosecutors Against Returns of Money Laundering in Corruption Cases. 2) To Know and Analyze Efforts to Return Assets resulting from the Crime of Money Laundering in Corruption Cases in Indonesia.This type of research in this research is Normative research. The data used consists of primary legal materials, namely legal materials that have binding power in society, secondary legal materials, namely legal materials that explain the primary legal material and tertiary legal materials. the technique of gathering legal material in this research was carried out by literature study. To analyze the data obtained using the normative analysis method.The results showed that: the role of the Public Prosecutor acting as a State Lawyer was given the authority to defend the State or represent in defending the rights of the State in taking assets or assets resulting from corruption, 2) Efforts to return assets from the Crime of Money Laundering in Corruption Cases could be carried out with two ways namely a. Return of assets by criminal proceedings and b. Return of assets by a civil track process.Recommendations: It is recommended that prosecutors / prosecutors who have a strategic position in asset recovery and supported by the existence of PPA be expected to improve performance related to asset recovery so that they can hold more assets in the future.It is recommended that the Asset Seizure Bill be extended and add to the Indonesian criminal law by adjusting the development of international law governing the return of crime assets and making it a key guideline for dealing with Money Laundering crimes.
