SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) is a chronic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology with various clinical manifestations as well as various clinical courses and prognoses. Approximately 1,250,000 Indonesians are affected by this disease. The clinical manifestations of LES vary depending on the organs involved, which can involve many organs in the human body with a complex and varied clinical course. This study aimed to determine the relationship between SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) disease activity based on the MEX-SLEDAI score against BMI (Body Mass Index) in the Odapus community, Bandar Lampung City. The design in this study was correlative analytic using a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was all patients SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) who are members of the Lampung ODAPUS community in 2020 and 40 people who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used Spearman's correlation test. The results showed that of the 40 respondents with the most SLE disease activity value, it was the moderate category with 17 people (42.5%). Meanwhile, for BMI, the most number was in the normal category, namely 23 people (57.5%). There is a relationship between SLE disease activity based on MEX-SLEDAI scoring on BMI in the ODAPUS community in Bandar Lampung city. Keywords: SLE disease activity, SLEDAI MEX Score, BMI ABSTRAK SLE (Systemic  Lupus Erythematosus) merupakan penyakit kronik inflamatif yang belum diketahui etiologinya dengan manifestasi klinis yang beragam serta berbagai perjalanan klinis dan prognosisnya. Sekitar 1.250.000 orang Indonesia yang terkena penyakit ini. Manifestasi klinik dari LES beragam tergantung organ yang terlibat, dimana dapat melibatkan banyak organ dalam tubuh manusia dengan perjalanan klinis yang komplek dan bervariasi. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan  aktivitas penyakit SLE (systemic  lupus erythematosus)  berdasarkan skor MEX-SLEDAI skoring terhadap IMT (Indeks Masa Tubuh) di komunitas Odapus Kota Bandar Lampung. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini analitik korelatip menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah selutuh pasien SLE (systemic  lupus erythematosus) yang tergabung di komunitas ODAPUS Lampung Tahun 2020 dan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 40 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 40 responden dengan nilai aktivitas penyakit SLE yang paling banyak yaitu kategori sedang dengan jumlah 17 orang (42,5%). Sedangkan untuk IMT angka yang paling banyak berada dikategori normal yaitu 23 orang (57,5%). Ada hubungan antara Aktivitas Penyakit SLE Berdasarkan MEX-SLEDAI skoring terhadap IMT di komunitas ODAPUS kota Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : Aktivitas penyakit SLE, Skor MEX SLEDAI, IMT
