ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk dapat membantu dalam mensukseskan upaya peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat desa, melalui kegiatan pelatihan kesehatan kepada para masyarakat yang dilakukan, maka akan terbentuknya suatu kebiasaan hidup sehat dikalangan masyarakat.Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu para masyarakat agar dapat lebih meningkatkan status kesehatan mereka, melalui pola hidup sehat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendekatan secara langsung (direct approach) melalui ceramah dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pegabdian masyarakat ini, masyarakat memperoleh informasi mengenai upayah pencegahan serta mempertahankan kesehatannya. Sehingga mereka dapat menjaga kesehatan dan hal ini menjadi kebiasaan baru bagi masyarakat dalam mempertahankan kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Pelatihan, Kesehatan  ABSTRACT Community empowerment is very necessary to be able to help the success of efforts to improve the health of rural communities, through health training activities for the community will form healthy living habits among the community.
