This research was induced by the problems, difficulties, frustration and limitations confronting beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate and other learners of English as a second or foreign language. It is centered on proffering solution, devising strategy, methodology and approach to a hitch-free acquisition of second language particularly English language. The belief according opinion poll among students’ of Latin origin about English being so difficult, even though many had no prior knowledge about English language but from tales and make believing stories by peers have created lack luster attitude that affects performance on the aggregate among students. The assertion that language learning is not communicative is voidable, I’m an ardent advocate that language is communicative. Speech sounds are anticipated discontinuously in the form of discrete units, as opposed to gradient-like discernment of an auditory perpetuity. Therefore, a child can categorize speech sounds despite variations in their phonetic details along the sarcastic dimension.
