Background and Aims: Evaluation of the effectiveness of play and music on anxiety, depression and self-esteem of students with visual impairment in the second grade of elementary school. Materials and Method: The present study is a quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test design with control group. The statistical population includes 60 people in the age range of 9 to 15 years (M=11.74). The Cochran's sampling method was performed after screening with Spence anxiety tests, depression and Depression and children's self-esteem, and age-based peer-to-peer visualization, and a total of 28 subjects were selected. SPSS software and statistical methods of analysis of covariance, independent t and even t were used for data analysis. Results: Comparison of pre- and post-test results showed that play and music a role in children's anxiety, depression and self-esteem with visual impairment. but, the results of analysis of covariance in the experimental group showed that only a significant difference was created in the anxiety variable. Anxiety (p=0.002). Conclusion: The results showed that play and music can reduce the anxiety of children with visual impairments.
