In this application study, the problem of the aggregate supplied the domestic mine and the mine support conditions were investigated by field survey and opinion poll. The numerical analysis was performed to draw more effective double-support of mine and the result was confirmed that Shotcrete/Rock bolt combination was safer than other double-support. It was proposed that the Standard mix of mine shotcrete passed the test of the domestic quality standard about the short and long-age compressive strength, flexural strength and equivalent flexural strength. The lab and field test was performed to draw the High-performance and the Economical mix of mine shotcrete, And it was proposed that the High-performance mix can be handled on special situation(fractured zone and weak ground) and the Economical mix can be maintained the optimal strength without high price material.
