it is an interesting and informative paper, but I do have some concerns. The main issue with the paper is the lack of a theoretical framework to guide analysis and interpretation. Therefore, the results are presented in a descriptive manner. The aims of the study also need to be strengthened in the light of qualitative research. Methods section need more explanation to improve work: I am not sure about the meaning of secondary interpretive description analysis, what type of study, the number of study participants, consent to participate, interview processes, protecting the confidentiality, data management and so forth. The data presented only show supportive relationships with staff. But how about other data that indicated, for example, negative attitudes of staff?
