Solo garlic is used as a traditional medicine with alisin suspected to have a broad spectrum of antifungal and antibacterial activity. This study determines the potential of garlic juice in inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans Streptococcus mutans, and Propionibacterium acnes along with their optimal concentration. The juice is extracted using a juicer in a concentration of 25%, 50%, and 100%, then tested through the agar diffusion method. The results show an average of inhibition at concentrations of 25%, 50% and 100% for Candida albicans of 31.33 mm, 31 mm and 33.66 mm, the Streptococcus mutans of 27 mm, 31.6 mm and 37 mm and the Propionibacterium acnes of 28 mm, 32.6 mm and 37 mm. Therefore, the concentration of freshly garlic juice of 25%, 50%, and 100% inhibits the growth of Candida albicans Streptococcus mutans, and Propionibacterium acnes. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi perasan bawang putih lanang (Allium sativum L) dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Candida albicans Streptococcus mutans, dan Propionibacterium acnes beserta konsentrasi yang optimalnya. Bawang putih Lanang diambil sarinya dengan menggunakan metode perasan menggunakan juicer lalu dibuat dalam konsentrasi 25%, 50% dan 100% kemudian diuji menggunakan metode difusi agar. Hasil yang diperoleh memperlihatkan  rata-rata daya hambat pada konsentrasi 25%, 50% dan 100% terhadap Candida albicans   sebesar 31,33 mm, 31 mm dan 33,66 mm, pada Streptococcus mutans sebesar 27 mm, 31,6 mm dan 37mm dan pada Propionibacterium acnes sebesar 28 mm, 32,6 mm dan 37 mm sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi perasan bawang putih lanang (Allium sativum L) sebesar 25%, 50% dan 100% dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Candida albicans Streptococcus mutans, dan Propionibacterium acnes dan konsentrasi yang paling optimal sebesar 100%, Kata kunci : daya hambat, bawang putih tunggal, Candida albicans, Streptococcus mutans :Propionibacterium acnes
