This research is to find out how the effectiveness of internal control over loan loans provided by CU Bonaventura Singkawang and to know the factors that occur in applying for credit and how the services provided by the company. This study uses a descriptive research form in the form of a case study on CU Bonaventura Singkawang. Data in this research were colected by interviews, documentation, and observations. While the data analysis was carried out by qualitative data analysis techniques.. In this study only limits the three main aspects, namely Analysis of services to credit provision and internal control of the Bonaventura Singkawang CU, Analysis of the loan credit cycle process and the effectiveness of internal loan lending controls and the factors that cause the company's credit application and control to be ineffective. The results of this study can be seen that the credit submission service is quite good procedures that are easy to understand and clear so as to facilitate prospective debtors. Submission of loan credit and internal control at the Bonaventura Singkawang CU are considered effective and adequate where there is a separation of duties, authority and responsibilities. Internal inhibiting factors that occur generally are only Human Error, external factors are lack of awareness of debtors and misuse of loans. The results of this study can be seen that the submission of loan loans and internal control at CU Bonaventura are denied as effective and adequate where there is a separation of duties, authorities and responsibilities. The examination is important both internally and externally so that the correct conclusions and credit operational activities especially CU Bonaventura Singkawang can effective in accordance with the objectives of the company.
