The review is presented on the first two volumes of the three-volume monograph “Military Law” edited by the Director of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Corresponding Member of the RAS A.N. Savenkov and the head of the Department of Military Law of the Academy of Military Sciences, Doctor of Law, Professor A.V. Kudashkin: Vol. I “History and theory of Military Law (with a preface)”; Vol. II “The current state of Military Law (institutes of Military Law)”. The relevance of the work, its high scientific and practical significance for military and legal science is emphasized. The monograph is recommended for a wide range of readers.

The monograph “Military Law” provided a theoretical breakthrough in fundamental research of modern problems of military science
