Bu calismanin amaci, isgorenlerin “dissal prestij ve orgutsel destek” algilarini demografik nitelikler acisindan arastirmaktir. Nevsehir ilinde faaliyet gosteren otel isletmelerinde calisan 214 isgorenden olusan orneklemden anket teknigiyle veri toplanmis ve istatistiksel acidan degerlendirilmistir. Verilerin degerlendirilmesinde t-testi, ANOVA analizi ve Cronbach Alpha testi uygulanmistir. Isgorenlerin yaslarina gore dissal prestij algilarinda; egitim durumu, otelde calisma suresi ve pozisyonlarina gore ise hem dissal prestij hem de orgutsel destek algilarinda onemli farkliliklar gorulmustur. Calismaya dair bulgularin, ozellikle turizm yazini acisindan sinirli sayida arastirma yapilmis olmasi nedeniyle bu alana katki saglayacagi beklenmektedir.
