In the article the approaches are considered to interpretation of essence of economic safety of enterprise, competition environment, competitiveness, the factors of influence on economic safety of enterprise, formed under act of competition environment, are systematized, the possible list of practical situations which can carry threats to economic safety of enterprise is resulted, basic directions of account of influencing of competition environment are formulated on providing of economic safety of enterprise. Opinion is expressed, that notion of competitiveness de facto includes notion of efficiency and is complemented by that requires providing of economic safety, as even the high effective economic subject not provided with the necessary level of defence from competitors yet can be considered competitive. If the system of such safety is not built, the competitive edges of him will not rescue and more that - can be used by competitors. It is set, that necessity in adaptation to the spectrum of external terms unsteady, dynamic, to the terms of competition and limited rationality induces enterprises to evolutional alterations. In order to store and fix economic safety under outpouring of competition environment, an enterprise must not only support high competition, but also constantly to promote her. In the article it is indicated on that guaranteing of his functioning stable and maximally effective is the primary objective of realization of measures from providing of economic safety of enterprise, and the tasks of such work are: achievement of purpose of functioning of enterprise; providing of the effective use of resources; prevention to the destructive influencing of external environment; strengthening of financial firmness and solvency; guard of commercial secret and information; achievement of safety of personnel of enterprise, property and capital.
