The objective of this work was to analyze how the relationship of poultry integration between a family production unit in the municipality of Coruripe AL and the Aintegradora and Bintegradora companies is processed, taking as a focus the analysis from 2015 to March 2017. Family production unit in focus to be located in the Pindorama community of the municipality of Coruripe AL, has 17.5 hectares exists since the year 2000. It has among its productive activities sugar cane, dairy cattle, horticulture and production of fruit trees. Poultry farming is practiced in an aviary that is 100 meters long and 10 meters wide. Integration for poultry started in 2004 with lots of 10.000 to 12.000 birds and 42 to 48 days. The focus of analysis of the study is the period from 2016 to March 2017 with the companies Aintegradora and Bintegradora. This is a case study whose description of the production process allows a critical look at the advantages and disadvantages for the family farmer in this relation of production. Labor relations and productive forms become more dynamic as capitalism advances in the Brazilian rural world. In the Northeast of the country family farmers with peasant characteristics in their management and social reproduction procedures, progressively adopt the system of integration with the agro-industry and undergo a process of acculturation and expropriation of their camouflaged workforce under the aegis of technological modernization and management. . The poultry integration system has subjected farmers to productive models and the achievement of zootechnical indices that meet agribusiness and markets to the detriment of autonomy, the transfer of risk responsibilities, and the loss of rights under the wealth produced by peasant labor. When the costs of the workforce employed for each batch of chicken produced are sized, the integrated farmer is poorly paid and poorly paid to his laborers. However, the mechanism of peasant rationality keeps it in the system when it transfers waste from livestock to agricultural production and / or sells such waste. In resistance to the exploitation of labor the farmer uses his ability to adapt to the advance of capitalism in the Brazilian countryside.
