Аннотация – Проанализированы режимы перепуска выпускных газов судового среднеоборотного дизеля 6L20 Wartsila. Выполнены комплексная оценка влияния степени перепуска выпускных газов на эмиссию оксидов азота, удельный эффективный расход топлива и тепловую напряженность дизеля. Приведены результаты исследований, подтверждающие целесообразность использования системы перепуска выпускных газов на режимах, превышающих 75 %-ую нагрузку дизеля. Abstract The modes of exhaust gas bypass of a marine mediumspeed diesel engine 6L20 Wartsila are analyze. A comprehensive assessment of the effect of the degree of exhaust gas bypass on the emission of nitrogen oxides, specific effective fuel consumption and thermal stress of the diesel engine was carried out. The research results are presented confirming the feasibility of using the exhaust gas bypass system in modes exceeding 75 % of the diesel load.
