Observing the contemporary world, in particular, advancing social diversification processes, including intensification of nation-building movements and the drives towards autonomy among ethnic minorities and the development of regionalisms, the researchers assumed the thesis based on the existence of collective identities (Bokszański 2005: 56–63)1.
