Pada saat penggalian proyek Bendali berdampak pada terbukanya posisi pipa dan terjadi defleksi pada 2 unit pipa RAW sungai Wain yang berfungsi mengalirkan air dari Sungai Wain ke unit Refinery Pertamina RU V dimana suplai air tersebut tidak diperbolehkan untuk terhenti atau terganggu. Penanganan defleksi pada pipa RAW sungai Wain dilakukaan dengan tujuan agar tegangan ( stress ) yang terjadi pada pipa menjadi berkurang sehingga resiko terhadap kegagalan material pipa dapat dikurangi, menggunakan peralatan mekanis serta struktur bantu berupa open frame dari baja profil. Pengangkatan menggunakan 4 portal open frame baja profile dengan perbedaan jarak yang tidak terpaut jauh, proses pengangkatan dilakukan bertahap dan bersamaan dengan tetap memperhatikan tinggi pengangkatan sehingga beban pada titik portal dapat diseimbangkan. Hasil analisa defleksi maksimal yang terjadi sebesar 20,76 mm < ∆ Ijin 40 mm. Tegangan yang terjadi sebesar 96,42 Kg/cm². < 1600 Kg/cm². dan Rasio maksimal 0,887 < , dari hasil tersebut diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Struktur Portal Temporary Support dapat digunakan untuk pengangkatan. The results of the maximum deflection analysis that occurred were 20.76 mm <∆ 40 mm permit. The stress that occurs is 96.42 Kg / cm². <1600 Kg / cm². and a maximum ratio of 0.887 <, from the results above, it can be concluded that the Temporary Support Portal Structure can be used for lifting .
