The paper presents the results of study of the chemical, gas and isotopic composition of the thermal waters of the Kuldur Spa, which were conducted in 2015, 2018-2019. The characteristics of stable isotopes of hydrogen and oxygen suggest that the thermal groundwater are of meteoric origin, and the feeding zone is located at altitudes of 800-1000 m. According to the results of geothermometry, the maximum temperature of the «reservoir» is 123 ° C, and the largest circulation depth is 4500 m. The C isotope indicates that the age of the thermal groundwater is 1720 thousand years old, and the uranium isotope is about 20,000 thousand years old. The results of modeling are presented, which give the concept of the nature of the formation of nitrogen thermal waters.
