This research proposes the automatic extraction technique of soft organization from the full-color continuous images for biological sample. We pay attention that the HSV color-space is suitable for color expression of biological internal organization. Especially, H and S value hardly change in the same organization. This is useful for the extraction. Moreover, there is hardly area change between continuous upper and lower images. This enables us to set the "four-level status value" of area condition as "area possibility with a 3-dimensional continuity". These two points have a beneficial effect on tracking color and shape change of the interest area. As a result, we succeeded in extraction of mouse's stomach from continuous about 50 sectional images.
