Für einen Montageprozess zur Herstellung eines Elektrode-Separator-Verbundes (ESV) einer Lithium-Ionen-Batterie (LIB), bei dem der Separator als endloses Bandmaterial eine konstant hohe Vorschubgeschwindigkeit aufweist, wird ein Fügevorgang unter Verwendung von Klebstoff experimentell untersucht. Im Ergebnis steht ein verifizierter Fügevorgang und eine konzeptionelle Fügevorrichtung für den Einsatz in einer kontinuierlichen ESV-Herstellung.
