The article analyzes the essence of the definition and content of different concepts of personnel management and their direct impact on the evolution of the content and the role of remuneration as a managerial influence on the employee's work behavior under different conditions of production and organization of work. Remuneration is payment or compensation received for services or employment. This includes the base salary and any bonuses or other economic benefits that an employee or executive receives during employment. It has been proved that the remuneration system reflects the essential basis of personnel policy and all the constituents of the concept of personnel management adopted by the organization under the influence of internal and external factors. Comparative data on the appropriateness of determining a particular model of remuneration when adopting a staffing concept can be used in the formation of the methodology of creating a system of personnel management at domestic enterprises. Renumeration can motivate employees to be more productive but does not have to necessarily be compensation based. Renumeration can also be praise or recognition. However, compensated renumeration can be effective in long-term motivation and productivity, such as a raise or promotion. The object of the research is the conceptual approach to determining the role of the personnel in the provided competitive advantage of the organization and the basis of effective (system) personnel management. The subject is a reward as an effective, defining instrument for the adoption and implementation of the concept of personnel management. The research methodology includes general, specific, partial aspects. The general methodology of the vision of the subject of research is based on the fact that all social relations, regardless of their subject and interacting parties, are manifested through interests. The remuneration system should be consistent with the concept of personnel management adopted in the organization and reflect the views of its top managers on the nature and role of personnel in the socio-technical structure of the organization, subjects, approaches to personnel, as well as the system of organization and technological forms and means of management influences that would ensure the achievement of corporate goals and were perceived by workers. Invaluable help in understanding and making decisions on these issues is provided by systematically analyzed foreign experience. This determines the relevance of the research and the proposed article.
