日本で栽培されている代表的なラッカセイ3品種の種子及び種皮,また,市販のラッカセイ加工品についてHPLC分析によりトランス-RTの含有量を調べ,以下の結果を得た.(1) ラッカセイ3品種,千葉半立(標準,晩播),ナカテユタカ(標準,晩播)及び郷の香(晩播)の種子中のトランス-RTの含有量は0.089∼0.147μg/gであった.(2) 焙煎(160°C,25分)により剥皮した千葉半立,ナカテユタカ,郷の香の種皮中には5.55∼6.91μg/gのトランス-RTが含まれていた.(3) ラッカセイ加工品,さや付き煎りラッカセイ,バターピーナッツ,甘納豆,落花糖に含有されるトランス-RT量は,それぞれ0.033∼0.085μg/g(平均0.059μg/g),0.038∼0.072μg/g(平均0.055μg/g),0.043μg/g,0.035μg/gであった.
