リング状電極を用いた連続式通電加熱において,材料内部温度分布の計算に,有限要素法による電位分布の計算ならびに材料の移動を考慮した非定常熱伝導解析を行ったところ,計算モデルと実測値の間に非常によい一致が認められた.計算の結果,リング状電極を利用した連続式通電加熱において,下記のことが判明した.1. 通電加熱を終えた材料は周辺部の温度が高く,中心部の温度が低くなる.2. 電極付近で材料温度は最高となり,この最高温度は,印加電圧が高いほど,材料流量が遅いほど,あるいは電極間距離が短いほど最高温度が高い値を示す.3. 温度むらは電極間の距離が狭いときに最も大きくなり,印加電圧が高いとき,流量が遅いときの順で温度むらは小さくなる.
