あ り,ガ ス放 出特性 の調査 が行われ有用性が期待 されて い る1~3).表面析 出を利 用 したBN被 履は,熱 処理 す る だけで可能なため,装 置全体 に被履 で きる,反 復処理が できるな どの利点が ある反 面,加 熱温度 が約700°C 以上 と高温 であ り,実 用上問題 とな るであろ う.そ こで, 同 様 の結晶形 を もち,よ り低温 で表 面析 出す るCに 注 目 した.種 々の金属表面におけ るC(グ ラファイ ト) の析 出は古 くか ら知 られて いる4).今 回は,Ni-C系 につ い て,昇 温 脱 離 法(Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy : TDS)お よびオージ ェ電子分光法 (Auger Electron Spec troscopy : AES)に よ り,ガ ス放 出特性 と表面 組成 との 関係 につい て調べたので報告す る.
